Whispers from the Navy Yard
The north charleston navy yard is a sits as an interesting intersection of beauty and neglect, old and new, history and future potential.
This area has become a cherished spot for creative exploration and the images contained in this project represent my visions of this area in monochrome beginning in 2022 to present.
The yards are full of character, and around every corner the rich history is apparent. The various iterations of this land and thousands who lived and worked here throughout the years have left this area with many stories to tell. One has only to quiet themselves to hear the whispers in the yard.
